Orange Quarter and their sister companies are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced recruitment businesses based in Amsterdam, Berlin & Barcelona. We are looking for this person to be located in either Amsterdam or Berlin. Acting as a true partner to the business, the HR Business Partner is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service on both an operational and strategic level,
ensuring that we can drive a high-performance culture and nurture growth.
What you will be doingDeliver strategic HR to support the achievement of business goals and objectivesProvide an excellent operational HR service that supports our core valuesDevelop and implement key initiativesEnsure all managers and employees uphold standards around fairness, equality, inclusiveness and diversity across the groupEnsure and work together with our internal talent team for succession planningManage and drive improvements against key HR metrics including staff turnover, absence, and employee engagementLead and respond effectively to employee relations and other organizational issues, challenges, and opportunitiesManage learning and development activities within the businessTake ownership of our internal HR system and create process improvementsMentor & coach junior team members in HR processesCreate a smooth HR function across 3 international locations to be reflective of the countries' statutory requirements but reflective of our company policiesQualifications, Skills, and ExperienceCIPD qualified (or equivalent)Extensive experience in a similar HR management role, with the proven ability to undertake operational HR tasks to an excellent standardGood employment law understanding and the ability to translate employment law into a commercial environment ideally across multiple locationsManaging and analyzing HR metricsAble to manage change proactively, motivate and influence work behaviorsAble to deliver HR projects to drive company cultureExcellent communication skillsGood problem solver and able to work effectively within a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skillsResults orientated with an eye for detailCommercially focused, customer orientated and customer service drivenWhat can we offer youAn ex-pat office environment in one of Europe's best citiesRegular team and office socialsWork from home Wednesdays25 days annual leave plus a day off for your birthdayRelocation support and a six-week language course to integrate you into the countryEvery Christmas we come together in one of our beautiful office locations to celebrateSounds like you?
