Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Responsible for providing HR guidance/support to client group(s) in most of the following areas: competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management and process improvement.Coach and consult with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.Partner with local divisions in building business solutions, guidance, direction and support on different matters: organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management, employee engagement.Act as a high-level HR generalist, managing all HR functional areas. Proven experience supporting HR activities.Specific expertise on Personnel Administration, Payroll, Comp & Ben and Risk prevention: payroll process and control, benefits and compensation management (Pension Plan, Stocks, life and medical insurance, annual increases, salary proposals), all Risk Prevention activities (annual preventive activities, emergency measures, employee training).Implementation, review and improvement proposals of operational HR processes, e.g., Onboarding, Social benefits.Coach managers and employees on HR policies and process matters.Research and analysis of HR data for assigned projects and make recommendations providing and maintaining accurate data.Present, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs. Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs.Conduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.What We Are Looking For In You:From 5 years of experience in HR.Previous experience in Personnel Administration, Payroll, Comp & Ben and Risk prevention.Experience as Business Partner.Fluency in English and in Spanish.Strong customer service skills.Good communication skills.Influencing skills.Results orientation, attention to detail.
