Our West Continental Europe People Success Team is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team.As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with our senior leaders in France & Spain to deliver an exceptional people experience and will support in the South region, the overall strategy of Unit4. We are transitioning into a true Cloud leader and are continuously improving and driving change across the business. As HR Business Partner you will help drive positive change to people, performance and business practices to improve the retention rate and productivity of our people. You will be challenging the status quo and driving a portfolio of coherent improvements. This position will report into the HR Manager South Region. Remote work possible.What you will doYou support the business and build leadership capability ensuring they have the skill and knowledge required to effectively lead teams to deliver company ambitions;You advise line managers in your remit through everyday HR situations and associated processes;You ensure a proper implementation of HR programs, actions and policies such as organizational training, performance management, talent and career management;You enable our people to focus on work that really matters linking your advice to our strategic goals;You monitor and drive employee engagement, are focused on building global cross functional relationships and comply with local governance;You will be main point of contact for the Labour Relations of France office and will drive the different activities related to our obligations.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in labor law, labor relations, human resources, organizational psychology or other relevant area;Experience in a similar senior HR Business Partner position, preferably in an IT or software company;Knowledge of French labor law;Experience in works council processes and Labour obligations in France;Experience in implementing and improving HR processes such as onboarding, organizational training, performance management and talent management;You are sensitive to cultural differences because of your experience in international orientated organizations;Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in French and English.Additional Information: A chance to participate in the development of a leading global software firm.
