The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR related needs. The HRBP aligns and interacts with HR teams around the globe to deliver value-added service in line with the HR Global Strategic plan. He/she works closely with Global HR functions such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, and external consultants. The HR Business Partner is proactively involved in developing, maintaining and ensuring consistency with the HR practices, policies, procedures and programs in place in the given site.The HR Business Partner is responsible for guiding and coaching the assigned client group in the HR expert topics such as: talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, learning & development, employee relations and other activities that maintain a highly engaged workforce.The HR Business Partner is responsible for the transactional management of HR admin topics of his/her client groups. The HR Business Partner service scope is diverse providing support to onsite client groups within a specific facility and/or client groups or employees located remotely.
