Our client, a leading international product company in the gambling sector, is seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to both strategic and operational HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Provide strategic HR support to leadership, particularly in talent management and organizational development. Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives. Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including salary reviews. Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives such as eNPS surveys. Collaborate across teams to align HR strategies with business needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive HR offering. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in HR operations and as an HR Business Partner within the IT and/or iGaming sector. Strong knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics. Experience with project management practices. Proficiency in HR tools (experience with HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Fluent in both Russian and English, written and verbal.
