Daily contact with employees in order to help them: vacational period calculation, maternity/paternity leaves and communication, Collective Agreement information, provide them with HR documentation... Periodic sending of incidents to payrolls such as international travel allowances or special supplements that must be confirmed by managers for proper payment. Payment of invoices to vendors, including the control of purchase requests and direct contact with venders to solve problems or give information.
