How To Contribute To Our VisionDaily work with the organization's HR platforms, Workday Human Capital Management and SAP HR: hirings, terminations, modifying cost centers or organizational codes, creating positions, transferring employees, creating reports for further analysis, and supporting managers with questions related to the platform among many others.Daily contact with employees in order to help them: vacational period calculation, maternity/paternity leaves and communication, Collective Agreement information, provide them with HR documentation.Periodic sending of incidents to payrolls such as international travel allowances or special supplements that must be confirmed by managers for proper payment.Payment of invoices to vendors, including the control of purchase requests and direct contact with vendors to solve problems or give information.Creation of employee Workshops in both English and Spanish and subsequent presentation to different stakeholders.Analysis and control of absenteeism and headcount fluctuations and evolution.What You Need To Make a DifferenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for: University studies in Business Administration, Law, etc.
