Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team.
This role focuses on managing and optimizing various HR processes, including employee lifecycle activities, statutory compliance, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Your Responsibilities: Employee Services Management:Administer HR processes related to hiring, onboarding, benefits management, employee movement (e.g., regularization, transfers, promotions), and exit procedures.Ensure accurate and secure documentation and data management in the HR information system.Compliance and Benefits Administration:Oversee registration, computation, certification, and processing of statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF, in accordance with updated legal requirements.Facilitate the administration of company-provided benefits, privileges, and payroll-related concerns in alignment with company policies.Monitor and enforce compliance with legal and regulatory HR mandates.Learning and Development:Design and implement learning and development programs by creating and maintaining training materials, conducting assessments, and tracking performance improvements.Organize orientations, focus group discussions, and training sessions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Use research and data analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions for employee growth.Employee Communication and Engagement:Develop and update communication plans to effectively disseminate company policies, announcements, and advisories.Support employee engagement by crafting strategies to enhance workforce morale and productivity.HR Strategy and Policy Implementation:Assist in the design and execution of hiring, welfare, and benefits strategies to meet organizational goals and comply with market trends.Contribute to the overall HR strategy by recommending improvements based on industry practices and internal requirements.General HR Support:Provide assistance in other HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives as needed.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels, including external stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of project management or business process analysis is a plus.Ready to take the next step in your career?
