Job Responsibilities: Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.Identify good sources or providers of qualified applicants; keep in touch with schools, employment agencies, etc.Determine training needs of officers and employees.Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keep past and current records.Install a job performance evaluation for officers and employees.Encourage healthy and constructive internal communications, horizontally and vertically within the organization.Address employees' complaints and grievances with the active participation of the department heads concerned.Develop a reward and punishment program for the organization where excellent performers with excellent work ethics are rewarded and recognized.Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.Work closely with various departments and assist managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.Deal with problem officers and employees, usually initiated by the supervising officer or department head.Administer payroll and maintain employee records, both contractual and regular.Process documents to be submitted to respective Government Agencies (i.e., PAG-IBIG, Philhealth, SSS, etc.).Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the Group HR Manager from time to time.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Ortigas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience: Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
