Key Responsibilities:
Support the Global HRBP team in communication and follow-ups with employees and managers.Prepare presentations for leadership calls, Global HRSC calls, and agendas.Assist in the talent reviews.Participate in the Building Capabilities projects across the Supply Chain teams, ensuring support on preparing materials, coordination, and follow-up of actions, as well as people plans with SC leaders.Engage in other strategic global HR SC projects including, but not limited to: leadership for supervisor project, Diversity, and support project teams with communication.Conduct ad hoc analysis and coordination on deployment with the regional teams.Prepare and lead regular reviews on HR data for Supply Chain, providing analysis and auditing to the HR dashboard and ad hoc reports with recommendations to the Global HR team on improvement actions.Liaise with local HR teams to support deployment of global initiatives and collect feedback.We value:
