Axiomatic_AI"s mission: Axiomatic_AI is a young startup with ~25 employees in 3 locations: Boston, Toronto and Barcelona.

To propel our company from its early startup stage towards a well-functioning and professional organization, we are looking for an energetic HR and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Manage hiring contracts and our workforce management system (Rippling) Own Rippling for EU and set up a hiring process Define operational processes and policies Manage onboarding of new employees Improve onboarding processes Set up and own performance management Office Finances: ?
Manage basic accounting tasks related to office payments, costs, and employee needs.

Handle company credit cards, permissions, payments, and bank account management.
Communications and Branding: ?
Keep the company website updated with new content and design changes in collaboration with our web designer.

Create and schedule regular posts on X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for employer branding.
Manage the office supplies and infrastructure: cleaning company, drinking water, food, communication with building Assist in setting up new office spaces Organize visits for our US and Canada teams to Barcelona, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and team-building activities.
Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish, with confident written and oral communication skills.
Experience in HR, specifically in hiring processes and a solid understanding of Spanish labor law and labor contracts.
Proficient in handling basic office finances and accounts.
Proven ability to manage logistics processes and activities for large groups.
Experience working with cross-cultural and remote teams.
Conditions 4-5 days/week appointment at the Axiomatic_AI Europe office in Castelldefels.
Partially remote work will be permitted.
More hours may be required during peak times (January, June) because of sprints.
