TUI MM is part of TUI Group, the world's leading tourism group.ABOUT THE JOBPerforming unit and quality assurance testing including test case preparation, test execution and test results documentation, contribute to test strategies.Analyzing system and data failures to identify and contribute to operational excellence and control needs.Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions.Ensuring all assignments meet company key control guidelines, and support compliance reviews and audits.Performing data analysis to meet the needs of customers (HR Business Partners, Business or Functional Leaders, HR Executive team, external parties) to aid in decision-making.Working with the Business, IT, and Data to ensure that requested and related process changes are implemented in a timely fashion.Following and maintaining operational and control procedures as a part of a multidisciplinary agile team.ABOUT YOUDemonstrated knowledge/expertise as an HRIS analyst in a multinational environment.IT/analyst background is appreciated for this position.Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.Analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.Experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, collaborating with CoEs and IT, supporting in the design of the technical solutions.Problem identification, analysis and solving skills.Stakeholder management experience plus close relationship with data and business analysts.Proficient in SAP HR.Knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project as a nice to have.Good communication and customer-facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users.Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder, team player.ABOUT OUR OFFERCompetitive salary and benefits as standard.Career progression opportunities in more than 50 countries worldwide.Develop yourself as part of a friendly, richly diverse and virtual international team.Exceptional approach to your learning - access to free learning platforms language lessons.TUI Musement is a leading Tours Activities business.
