Your role & influence as HR Advisor Norway The HR Advisor will manage day-to-day HR tasks for Norway, providing support on local labor law, union negotiations, and payroll. Additionally, you will assist with broader HR activities such as salary reviews, employee development, and ensure accurate HRIS management, while collaborating with the HR team to improve processes and alignment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR tasks with a focus on Norway Act as second-line support for country-specific HR questions, including: Supporting managers and employees with HR-related queries. Advising on local labor law and union negotiations. Prepare documentation and act as the contact person for our payroll provider. Assist the wider HR team in various annual HR activities, such as salary reviews and employee development processes. Contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes. Update and maintain HR-related content across Dustin's communication platforms, local handbooks, and leadership instructions. Provide reports and data to internal and external stakeholders as needed. Collaborate with the HR Advisory team to align and enhance ways of working. This is what we imagine you bring Experience working with payroll coordination and labour law in Norway. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2 years of experience within HR. Fluent in English and Norwegian. What can you expect next?
