We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team and support our employees and managers with guidance, counselling, and training on various People topics.
This role will report to: HR Team Lead.
What you will do: Provide support for employee relations issues and other HR topics.Offer guidance, counselling, and training to first-line managers and employees.Maintain and manage employee relations tasks and trackers.Drive various HR Processes and employee engagement initiatives.Implement HR Policies and procedures across all Frontiers countries.Partner with centers of excellence (People Operations, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward) to address HR requests and solve HR problems.Maintain and update trackers to ensure accurate people data and identify trends for driving business change.Define and launch new processes or tools to support business priorities.Collaborate with People Business Partners and People Operations and other stakeholders on companywide HR projects from inception to successful rollout.Provide support to employees and managers on HR guidelines, processes, and systems.Prepare and assist with visa-related documentation.Update and maintain the HR system (e.g., Workday).Maintain, run, and update weekly/monthly reports.Essential skills: Demonstrated experience in dealing with complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals.Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law (global is advantageous).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR systems and data management.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred skills: Experience using Workday or a similar ATS.Experience with Confluence, Jira, DocuSign, and similar systems.French language knowledge.Knowledge of employment law in countries such as Switzerland, Poland, and Germany.Understanding of visa and work permit processes.Apply now Please click the 'apply' button on this page and submit your application in English.
