The successful person will report into our HR Shared Services Manager.Overall Responsibility:Contract administration - ensure contracts and addendums are kept up to date with the local legislation and that all the required documents are requested.HR data - ensure employee data changes and absences are included in the HRIS system.Manage and keep track of all staff movements in terms of global mobility (contracts/tax with HR HQ).
Keep relevant departments informed.Employee documentation compliance - perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices/legislation.Long term service awards/other company initiatives - oversee and manage the local operations and communication.Support the mitigation of background screening reports.Respond to local authorities requests and support internal and external audits.Required SkillsSolid HR background with advisory experience in a fast-paced, professional services or sales environment (Financial Services ideal but not essential).Highly responsive, organised and results-oriented, meets deadlines.Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English; Spanish language will be considered a plus.Flexible, resourceful and highly adaptable.Works on own initiative, gets things done, team player.Ability to influence senior management, confident and able to gain credibility.
