Do you have a background in human resources or administration? Do you have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail? Are you seeking for your next career opportunity in beautiful Barcelona? We have the perfect job for you!
Tasks

Being a general point of contact for candidates and clients
Creating, issuing, and handling contracts
Managing invoices and payslips
Collaborating with various departments, regarding financial and legal issues
Communicating with clients in relation to contracts, onboarding, or other general queries
Assisting any issues the candidates may have

Requirements

You have a native level of French and full professional proficiency in English
You are currently based in Barcelona (NIE + SSN)
You have relevant experience in Administration and HR
You are able to collaborate closely with different departments
You have high communication skills
You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have a bachelor's or Master's degree
