Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What's PossibleWe are looking for an HR Administrator based in Barcelona for a temporary contract (6 months).The HR Administrator plays an essential role in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency by handling daily HR tasks and administrative duties, assisting in the hiring process, and supporting an organization's overall HR strategy.As an HR Administrator, you will:Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR department, such as filing documents, managing correspondence, and organizing HR-related events or meetings.Coordinate employee training sessions and programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.You will have:Native or very high level of Spanish and good level of English.
