As a consultancy, our client's success relies on us making sound technical decisions, collaborating with stakeholders, and being up to date with the latest technology and practices in the fintech industry.The RoleWe are looking for a full-time person based in our Barcelona office to provide HR administration across our four offices (London, Barcelona, Montreal, and New York).What you will be doing will include:Support the preparation of payroll addendums for our Barcelona, New York, Montreal, and London offices.Holiday system administration, including providing reports as requested.Benefits administration, including benchmarking, working with suppliers to add/remove staff from our plans, and answering basic benefits questions from staff.Drafting of new starters paperwork and getting paperwork signed.Supporting global mobility with administrative tasks pertaining to work permits, relocation, and general immigration matters.Liaise with HR colleagues in order to gather the information to advise and support colleagues - seeking clarification from external suppliers as required.Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, BI, etc. in order to share information, gain support, validate data, etc.Booking and logging training for staff.Gathering of feedback for the probation periods/when needed.
