The RoleWhat you will be doing....Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Administration: Manage employee documentation and approvals, such as leave requests, benefits, and personal information updates. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.Month-End Reporting: Assist in generating basic monthly HR reports, including attendance records, employee statistics, and payroll support. Maintain HR databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.Event Planning: Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, and team-building activities. Communicate event details with internal teams and external vendors.Invoices and Expenses: Submit, track, and reconcile HR-related invoices and employee expense reports. Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payments.General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging orientation sessions and exit interviews.Skills and QualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).Strong organisational and multitasking skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Languages: English and Spanish.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.We'd also love you to haveAccounting principles.Human resources management practices and procedures.Citrix, Confluence, HRMS/ATS.Experience0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.Familiarity with basic HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and recruitment is an advantage.Why work at FoshTech?We want to give you the opportunity to be the best version of yourself, develop professionally and create strong working relationships working remote or on site.
