We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resource team.
This role will be pivotal in supporting our HR operations, focusing on key administrative tasks and providing essential support across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities Preparation and Issuance of HR Memoranda: Draft, format, and distribute HR memoranda and announcements as directed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Documentation of Notices to Explain (NTEs) and Disciplinary Action Forms (DAFs): Manage the documentation process for NTEs and DAFs, ensuring each document is prepared, issued, and filed appropriately to maintain compliance and organizational standards.
HR Operations Support: Provide administrative assistance across HR functions, including, but not limited to, employee records management, recruitment activities, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee engagement programs.
Records Management: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Other HR Functions: Support various HR activities and projects, contributing to the smooth operation and success of HR initiatives.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Experience in an HR or administrative role, with exposure to employee relations, HR documentation, and general HR operations is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with HRIS or document management systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
