Main responsibilities 1.
Participate in the development .
Execution .
Supervise the company's personnel management system; 2.
Participate in defining departmental responsibilities, designing departmental positions, and making corresponding job descriptions; 3.
Doing a good job in employee relationship management; 4.Develop recruitment plan.
Recruitment procedures, conduct preliminary interviews and screening; 5.Participate in the implementation of performance management; 6.
Be responsible for the reception of company visitors and external personnel during meetings; 7.
Responsible for the docking of the company's large meeting venues and inventory of materials; 8.Responsible for office supplies.
Responsible for the procurement and daily management of office equipment; 9.Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs; 10.Completing other work assigned by the leadership.
Requirements 1.
Fluency in Spanish 2.
Conscientious work attitude, long-term stability 3.
Proficient in the use of office software and related personnel management software; 4.
Sensitive to people and organizational changes, with strong communication .
Coordination and promotion ability; 5.
A high degree of professionalism and high passion for work, able to accept high-intensity work, positive and optimistic work attitude; 6. good at interacting with all kinds of personalities.
