About the role: As an HR and Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and efficient administrative support. You'll work closely with the team to manage employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and day-to-day office administration while fostering a positive work environment.
What you will be responsible for: A: Office Administration Duties Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support to the teamPerform data entry and maintain a proper document filing systemRun errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of items, and deliverance of documentsManage the procurement process for the office.Coordinate all office-related administration dutiesHandle any other ad-hoc administration duties (where applicable)B: Accounting Duties Handle all bank transaction-related matters, not limited to: payment, withdrawal, and other transactionsCheck all invoices and documents to comply with rules and lawsMonitor cash balance and verify related paperworkPrepare monthly accounting reportsHandle any other accounting duties (where applicable)C: HR Duties End-to-end recruitment for the Philippines OfficeHandle new employee onboardingPlan and coordinate employee activities and celebrationsRegister all necessary insurances, calculations, and declarations of employeesHandle staff insurance and Personal Income Tax, ensuring timely submission for any relevant documentationPayroll administrationProvide HR advisory to General Manager and HR in Singapore HQHandle any other human resource duties (where applicable)What we are looking for: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or its equivalent1 – 2 years of work experience in accounting and/or bookkeepingPrior administrative experience is preferredFamiliar with local employment regulations and employment lawPossess well-written and spoken EnglishPossess good communication and soft skillsOrganized and meticulous with detailsProactive, efficient, and able to multi-taskResponsible and keen learning attitudeWhat you will get: 13th MonthHMOPag IbigSSS
