We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Compliance Officer to join our global team at Job&Talent.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective risk management and Compliance framework to ensure the organization operates within regulatory guidelines and mitigates potential risks, establishing and leading a robust Compliance function, spanning multiple international jurisdictions across the EMEA and Americas regions (10+ countries).
In 2024, Job&Talent is poised for significant growth and the Compliance Officer role is instrumental in ensuring the integrity, adherence, and ethical conduct of our operations.
Charged with the responsibility of managing global risk management and Compliance efforts, you will be at the forefront of identifying, assessing, and mitigating Compliance risks across various business functions and geographic regions.
As we grow, this role is critical to contribute to the overall governance and transparency of J&T as we proceed down the IPO runway.
