Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a FCC Advisory Executive Director in HQ, you will be part of the Headquarters FCC advisory team within the compliance and Conduct function at SCIB. You will advise public and private side business managing daily queries with respect to financial crime matters providing an in-depth analysis and judgments on complex financial crime inquiries and live transaction issues.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Provide financial crime advice to CIB business (Banking & Corporate Finance, Global Debt Finance, Global Transaction Banking).Managing day-to-day queries with respect to financial crime interactions.Providing in-depth analysis and judgments on complex financial crime inquiries and live transactional issues.Managing transactions assessments identifying potential financial crime risks and mitigating the risks.Engaging and collaborating with other Compliance teams, Legal and Risk functions in the provision of financial crime analysis and advice.Ability to analyze, interpret and evaluate financial information to identify cases of financial crime.Ability to perform extensive open-source collection and analysis and academic research in support of special projects.Implementation and follow up of financial crime policies and regulation.Identification of financial crime risks arising from the SCIB activity.Identification of training needs for the business including the development and delivery of bespoke training sessions.EXPERIENCEExperience of at least 10 years in FCC related functions, analysis and advice of the business in matters of risk, FCC. Valuable experience in positions related to the wholesale banking business.EDUCATIONBachelor Degree. A Master Degree related with this area is desirable.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEKnowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking, markets, Global Transaction Banking, Global Debt Finance, Banking & Corporate Finance and financial products as well as of regulation in these areas.
