Cross Border Talents is looking for a LATAM Spanish speaking Account Manager for a leading global provider of top class customer experience with relocation to Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities:Be the primary resource for the sales teams and work as the key advisor.Help the sales teams to build, maintain and advance sales stages/pipeline and meeting the required opportunity closure ratio.Close Document Cloud & Creative Cloud for Ent.Deals on target accounts within a designated region & leads generated through the SMB team.Attain/overachieve the assigned targets through owning/closing sales deals.Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts with a focus on achieving growth through upsell or introducing net new solutions into accounts in the territory (inbound sales activities, including handling phone calls and email inquiries from potential customers).Perform cold calling.Utilize your excellent sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally. Requirements:Prior experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels.Demonstrated ability in cold calling.Excellent customer support skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service.Minimum of 1 year of customer support/sales experience (minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.English is required (B2), LATAM Spanish native.Demonstrate command of product knowledge and the various applications of the product (Tech savvy individual). Benefits:Between 1560 to 1800 EUR x 14 gross salary per year (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 splitted in Summer and Christmas).20% performance bonus (paid quarterly).Permanent and indefinite contract.Permanent position with long-term growth opportunities within the company.Private Life & Health Insurance.50 euros meal vouchers to enjoy during your working days. Working Schedule:Mon-Fri 9am to 7pm (3 shifts - 9 to 17/ 10 to 18 / 11 to 19).
