Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing as-is and design to-be processes to define business, solution, and system requirements.Interacting with users and customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and representing that knowledge to the rest of the team.Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories, and story acceptance criteria.Stakeholder management and being an interface between your team, the customer, and the project manager.Helping our customers and teams make the right decision by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity.Participating in deal shaping activities.Who you areYou have worked in a similar role and business environment in an agile context. If you have already worked as a developer, functional analyst, or have technical experience, this would be beneficial. You have a customer-focused mindset and bring a strong analytical attitude with the ability to structure complex or undefined business problems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to switch between English and Spanish, are essential. You should be able to effectively direct and mentor others. It's a plus if you have done consulting. A Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is a bonus.
