Our team mission is to brand new (Novel) Software Product Development and Advanced Technology Development to develop innovative solutions for the industry of the future.About Your RoleDuties and Responsibilities:Interact with marketing to transform requirements into software specificationsTranslate software specifications into Features and User StoriesMake test plans and execute them: manual and automated testingCarry out a variety of tests and manage defects from inception to verification and closureExtend our test automation and continuous integration systemsEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the softwareProvide influence on schedule, feature, and product designsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issuesAcquire and implement knowledge on new technology relevant for OmronAchieve the best products in the market with passionRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or any relevant disciplinesAt least 3 years of experience as QA Engineer with exposure to the full product development cycle - from requirements through post-releaseExperience in the development of scripting languages and test automation toolsKnowledge of software development lifecycle (preferably SCRUM)Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving skillsAble to think outside the box: find unexpected ways to solve problems or meet requirementsDynamic drive to contribute to a larger goal (building a company)The knowledge and/or experience of any of the following would be desirable: Industrial Automation Applications: PLC, Sensors, Motion Control, Inverter, Servo, Robotics, etc.
