Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for many customers, delivering a strong initial impression and laying the groundwork for long-term customer relationships. Manage the sales process from lead to purchase, acting as the main contact for customers, leading the sales strategy, handling objections, and negotiating success. Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to identify their needs and propose solutions using leading cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft cloud solutions. Provide an outstanding customer engagement experience, ensuring customer satisfaction. Drive cloud solution sales by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, working with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers, primarily focused on Microsoft cloud technologies. Present competitive solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to help customers understand how they can capture value with Microsoft technologies and envision future success. Convert prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and build a revenue pipeline using criteria like BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline). Exceed net-new revenue and sales pipeline targets, including contacting 200 leads and generating 30 opportunities per month, with a daily activity of 60-90 engagements. Utilize social media, digital platforms, video, chat, phone, and demonstrations to effectively manage and sell to customers. Gather and share customer feedback with the business to represent the Voice of the Customer. Essential Skills and Experience High school diploma required; a BA or 4-year degree is preferred. 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success; a minimum of 1 year of IT industry experience and 1 year of sales account management or customer management experience is required. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs. Experience working with or selling solutions like Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is preferred. Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps is a plus
