These systems are remotely monitored by our security experts around the clock to ensure the safety and protection of our customers.Position OverviewThe Group Compensation and Benefits Expert will support the administration, coordination, and execution of programs across multiple countries. This role places a strong emphasis on project and data management, reporting, and analysis to ensure that our Total Rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation:- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs.- Perform compensation benchmarking, analyze market data, and maintain compensation databases with a high degree of accuracy.- Help manage the annual compensation review processes, including salary increases and bonus allocations.Benefits:- Collaborate in the administration of health, wellness, and retirement benefits across multiple regions.- Stay up to date with benefit trends and regulatory changes to maintain program compliance.Data Management & Reporting:- Play a key role in managing compensation and benefits data across 20 countries, ensuring accurate data input, integrity, and regular updates.- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis tools) to create and maintain detailed compensation and benefits reports.- Generate insights from large datasets to support decision-making processes within the Total Rewards team.- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, providing key metrics on compensation and benefits performance.Compliance:- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global compensation and benefits regulations, with a particular focus on European legislation.- Assist in audit processes and ensure that all compensation and benefits programs adhere to legal requirements.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.- Relevant experience in consultancy, advisory or in-house compensation and benefits roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
