Your Role: CEA CAPA Education Abroad is seeking a Housing Advisor who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of student housing services. This position involves assisting with housing arrangements, addressing maintenance concerns, managing non-escalated disciplinary issues, and providing support to students as they adapt to new cultures. You will also participate in guiding students during Academic Integrated Activities and Excursions, contributing to a positive and enriching experience abroad.
What You'll Do: Ensure the delivery of high-quality student housing services.Provide day-to-day support to students, addressing their needs and concerns.Oversee and manage all apartment maintenance issues, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution.Track and report damages, incidents, and maintenance requests.Handle non-escalated student disciplinary matters and complaints.Conduct regular apartment inspections and follow-ups.Guide students during excursions, activities, and cultural events as needed.Assist with all aspects of student arrivals, including airport pickups, housing transfers, and guided tours.Support the Student Services department in developing new projects and initiatives.Lead Academic Integrated Activities and weekend excursions as assigned.Participate in on-call services after office hours (Monday through Thursday) as needed. What Makes a Great Candidate: University degree required.Must be legally authorized to work in Spain.Proficient in digital technology with strong technical skills.Experienced in data management and report preparation.Fluency in spoken English & Spanish.Creative problem solver with the ability to think critically and innovate.Self-motivated, able to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.Proven team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, close-knit environment.Demonstrated intercultural sensitivity and global awareness.Experience navigating the challenges of living, working, or studying abroad.2+ years of experience working with housing providers and supporting individuals with housing needs is highly valued.Experience in youth or student-facing roles, ideally in a university housing setting, is highly valued.
