Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It The Social Hub Barcelona, with its 293 bedrooms of varying sizes, a 4-level co-working office space and community, a large ground floor restaurant and bar, a rooftop pool bar, and terrace, is preparing for a premium relaunch in Q2 2025.
As Housekeeping Manager, you play a crucial role in leading our outsourced housekeeping team and ensure our spaces are always impeccable, clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, creating a seamless experience for our guests and maintaining our high standards of quality.

What You'll Do Manage daily housekeeping operations, from scheduling shifts to overseeing cleaning protocols and maintaining inventory ensuring that every area in the establishment meets our cleanliness and presentation standards.Coordinate with the Facilities team to address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring seamless guest experiences.Regularly inspect rooms and public spaces to guarantee they meet health, safety, and quality standards.Lead, train, and inspire the housekeeping team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.Conduct regular team meetings to set objectives, review progress, handle onboarding and ongoing training for new team members, and communicate any updates.Track and manage supply costs, ensuring the efficient use of resources while staying within budget and maintaining top-tier standards.Continuously seek opportunities to optimize housekeeping processes including the input of the guests' feedback and drive improvements in cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.Who You Are You have at least 2+ years' experience in a housekeeping management role within a 250+ rooms hotel.Proven experience leading housekeeping teams with a natural ability to inspire and develop others.Experience organizing and conducting team meetings to set objectives and KPIs, review progress, preparing onboarding and training sessions as well as keeping an open and transparent communication.You have experience with budget management including supply cost, ensuring the efficient use of resources and maintaining the highest standards.Experience working cross-functionally with the different departments, especially with the Facilities team to address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring a seamless guest experience.Experience in process improvement and regular inspections with the objective of guaranteeing high levels of health, safety, and quality standards.Must be fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages will be highly valuable.What We Offer: The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
