We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to support us at our brand-new boutique property, BEXT Vallecas by Habyt.
This role is all about keeping our property running smoothly!
You'll be responsible for ensuring our entire property shines, from guest rooms and common areas to hallways, garages, and rooftops.
You'll dive headfirst into the world of flexible housing and will have an immersive experience in the heart of our operations.
You'll work alongside our team to deliver exceptional service to our members, making their Habyt experience truly unforgettable.
Located in Vallecas, Madrid, BEXT Vallecas by Habyt offers 304 flexible units and other building amenities.

Your Responsibilities You'll oversee the orderliness and overall appearance of everything, making sure it meets our high standards.
Communication is key!
You'll foster smooth communication within the housekeeping service provider and linen company provider and collaborate effectively with other teams.
Create schedules and assign tasks to our outsourced housekeepers.
Train and guide your team, and ensure outsourced housekeepers understand and follow our property standards.
Stay on top of things, manage sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning, and update guest room information.
Check, control, and track guest supplies, linens, cleaning products, and chemicals.
Keep it secure, and ensure proper key control procedures are followed.
Manage any guest items left behind.
Prepare monthly reports on outsourced attendance, stock inventory, and anything else needed by leadership and guest service teams.
Track missing and damaged room supplies, towels, and linens to identify areas for improvement.
Handle ordering room supplies, cleaning products, and chemicals.
Your Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hospitality sector.
Can communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Additional languages are a plus.
Excellent organizational and team management skills including scheduling and conflict management.
A creative problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and guest experience.
A willingness to work on rotating shifts - 5 days per week including weekends and Public Holidays.
