Posted: 12th Apr 2024 by Achieve HospitalityJob Title: Spanish-Speaking House/Property ManagerContract: Permanent, starting ASAPWe are collaborating with our long-standing client who is looking for a committed and experienced Spanish-speaking House/Property Manager who will oversee the maintenance of five luxury properties in Ibiza.Candidates are expected to deliver exemplary service and exceed the expectations of both the high-net-worth family in their private villa and the exclusive VIP guests in the rented villas.We are currently looking for a highly experienced and well-versed individual to oversee and manage multiple luxury properties on a permanent basis throughout both the busy summer season and the quieter winter seasons.You will supervise the staff in all properties, liaise with the family's PA, and maintain clear communication across the board.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of the properties, ensuring consistency of standards, procedures, and services at all times.Liaise with the build/maintenance team and external contractors to ensure that the properties and their fixtures, fittings, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.Lead the operations of the properties, overseeing and managing all Household and Grounds Staff to meet the expectations of the property owners.Recruit, train, and upskill employees and team members in coordination with the Private PA.Manage the staff's scheduleManage the day-to-day guest experience, from pre-stay booking arrangements to check-out.Handle rental inquiries and bookings with agents to optimise rental potential.Ensure 100% guest satisfaction throughout their stay, handling any issues or special requests promptly and responsibly.Be available and on-call throughout the family's stay, anticipating their needs and enhancing satisfaction wherever possible.Carry out concierge duties as requested by the family and Private PA.Respect the family's privacy and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.Maintain inventories, operating manuals, and checklists for sign-off by the Private PA.Assist with invoice administration.Ensure the security and safety of the properties at all times.Requirements:Proven experience in estate management or similar roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as required.Discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.Note: Candidates already based in Ibiza will be prioritized, but all candidates with the right to work in the EU are welcome to apply.Interested?
