remotepeople is seeking an experienced and highly capable House Manager  to join one of our international clients in Singapore, an organization that manages a group of world-class companies focused on the resource-based manufacturing industries.
Assets held by this client exceed US$35 billion.
Their group of companies has a combined workforce of 80,000 people worldwide.
In this high-impact role , you will oversee the operations of a newly constructed, state-of-the-art compound for an influential Asian family.
Your role will be critical in managing VVIP events , ensuring seamless household operations , and leading a dedicated team of staff.

Contract Location:  Permanent, Full time Open to candidates based in Europe seeking an exciting relocation opportunity to Singapore Key Responsibilities: Household Management : Lead daily operations in a luxury, tech-enabled compound , ensuring exceptional standards of service .
Team Leadership : Supervise and inspire a team of 10 staff members , including 3 helpers and 4-5 drivers, fostering teamwork and excellence.
Event Coordination : Manage family-centric and VVIP events , such as birthdays and official government visits, ensuring flawless execution and the highest service levels.
Vendor Management : Collaborate with high-profile vendors for property maintenance , technology systems, and luxury services to maintain seamless operations.
Technology Automation : Oversee advanced automation systems (sound, lighting, security), ensuring optimal functionality for the family's comfort and safety.
Fine Dining Butler Service : Ensure world-class butler services, including the fine dining experience and luxury wine and beverage service.
What We're Looking For : Must-Have : Extensive experience managing high-tech, high-end properties for VVIPs, with expertise in event management, fine dining, and luxury service etiquette.
Cultural Awareness : Preference for candidates with an Asian background (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Thai, etc.)
and experience working in Europe.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances is crucial.
Language Skills : Fluency in English is essential proficiency in an Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
is highly desirable.
Desired Background : Experience in royal households , luxury hotels, or 5-star hospitality .
