RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer support for all Kenes groups clients.
Operate all hotel reservations including operations, payments, billing, invoicing, amendments, cancellations, etc.
Update Kenes allotment online systems with the necessary data.
Communicate efficiently on a daily basis with all external global suppliers, negotiate rates and deadlines.
Maintain close working relationships with global Kenes departments and project teams, outside suppliers, including hotels, local agents, wholesalers, pharmaceutical companies, and travel agencies around the world.
Availability for flexible working hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree – advantage.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Hotels, Tourism, Travel, or Professional Events industry.
Knowledge of rates, established concepts in the hotel industry – advantage.
Fluent English, verbal and written communication (mother-tongue level), other European languages – advantage.
Computer skills – full comprehension of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask before/during a congress, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Highly service-oriented.
An excellent team player but also able to work independently.
Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
