ABOUT THE ROLEEnsure numa guest experience standards are consistently executedEnsure the day-to-day operation of the allocated hospitality units within the numa standards and legal frameworkManage the day to relationships with local vendors, employees and suppliers work closely with external partners ensuring consistent quality levels and a proactive approach managing business volumeYou are a problem solver - resolving guest complaints in a timely manner and turning a complaint into the positive guest experienceEnsure proactive maintenance and up-keeping programs to protect and safeguard the physical conditions of the allocated unitsContribute actively to developing and delivering the numa brand and product on the property in MadridBe responsible for managing conversion and cost levels through the implementation of PAR levels and proactive business planningBe aware of all local legal requirements, permits and operational backup systems are constantly maintainedOccasional on-call duty during the daytime along with nights and weekendsABOUT YOUProven track record of hotel operations preferably from a housekeeping or front office backgroundFinancial understanding of cost control procedures and inventory managementFirst leadership experience in managing small teams and external partners is a plusBe aware of the respective local market and business fluctuationsAbility to work under pressure, well organised and hardworkingAbility to multitask and keep an overview in a fast-paced work environmentA driver's license is nice to haveSpanish and English are required, other languages would be great
