YOUR TASKS Responsible for all operational tasks in the hotel, including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, budget planning etc. Ensure our guests experience the best service through optimal staff scheduling. Work closely with different departments in our Berlin HQ such as HR, Finance, Revenue Management etc. Lead directly a team of Assistant Managers and several shift leads in addition to a team of receptionists and service employees. Secure a safe and inclusive environment for colleagues and guests with a keen eye for individual needs and desires. Set long- and mid-term goals for your team and motivate them by being approachable, giving continuous feedback, and discussing personal development and job opportunities. Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the hotel are respected at all times. YOUR PROFILE At least 2 years of experience in hospitality. Work experience in Switzerland is a plus. License to operate a hotel in Geneva is a plus. Inspirational leadership and joy in leading a diverse, motivated team. A solution-driven mentality, showing strong commitment and an entrepreneurial way of thinking. Profound knowledge of MS Office and front office systems (e.g. Sihot, Fidelio). Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. A desire to travel occasionally.
