This role represents an exciting opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals, including those currently in roles such as Operations Manager or Assistant Manager at small to medium-sized hotels, who are ready to take the next step in their careers.ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall management and operations of the hotel.Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure alignment with P&L objectives.Drive revenue management strategies to optimize performance.Provide regular reports to central services, ensuring transparency and efficiency.Coordinate effectively with various business areas, including HR, sales, IT, operations, finance, and administration.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards, including HACCP and workplace risk prevention regulations.Lead, motivate, and support the team to foster their growth and development.RequirementsProven experience in team management within the hospitality industry.Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in handling guest complaints.High level of English proficiency; fluent level of Spanish.Exceptional communication, assertiveness, and leadership abilities.Flexibility to adapt to different environments, clients, and situations.Availability to work rotating shifts if required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
