Job Description Engages with daily operations of outlet services such as but not limited to effectively handling customer concerns, implements standards of service for guests, and maintaining cleanliness and condition of work areas.
Coordinates seating, flips tables, escorts guests to their tables, and works closely with servers and bus persons to provide assistance.
Organizes outlet reservations and provides prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service.
Qualifications Graduate of a degree in hospitality management or a related discipline is an asset.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills that can handle a multitude of tasks while working cohesively as part of a team.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant reservation software.
