This is your opportunity! We are looking for a Receptionist to join our chain of hostels, renowned for offering a unique and welcoming experience to travellers from all over the world. Responsibilities: Reception and customer service, ensuring an excellent first impression and experience throughout the stay. Managing reservations, check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Answering phone calls and emails, providing detailed information about our services and tourist attractions in Madrid. Coordinating with the cleaning and maintenance team to ensure that the facilities are in perfect condition. Cash handling and payment processing, including billing and collection of additional services. Assisting in the organisation of events and activities for guests. Resolving guest complaints and problems efficiently and with a positive attitude. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector. High level of English and Spanish Ability to work in a team and in a multicultural environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation management systems. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
