Hostel Front Office Manager - Barcelona - (Barcelona)

We are expecting from you: • You are great leader and team worker • You are responsible and multitasking • Always able to deliver excellent Customer Service, you are example for your team, always go step further.
• Pro-active and creative • Well organized and great with time management • Language proficiency: English and Spanish essential • Experience working with PMS MEWS and other hospitality systems: Channel Manager, CRM, RMS, etc.
• Friendly and welcoming approach, kind and professional • You are able to work independently • You are able to handle stress or pressure if occurs • You love to work with people and you are very familiar with the type of our guests • You are able to manage little team, but also look after the property • You are people person, but manage greatly all administrative tasks and jobs Full-time position, morning/afternoon shifts mostly, but possibly night shift in case of urgency.
This position is very active, not a passive sitting behind the reception or in the office.
Requisitos : You have at least 2-3 years of experience as Receptionist Supervisor/Manager in the Hotel/Hostel industry (Experience from Hostel industry is a BIG plus) • If you are coming from Hotel Industry, you are familiar with Hostel concept, guests and how it all works • You have decent IT knowledge as we are high tech place • Any experience from F&B is a plus • Any experience with events/activities, social media is a plus • Any experience with groups is a plus • You speak fluent English and Spanish, basic Catalan + another language is a plus
