Country/Region/City Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain Louis Vuitton Barcelona Paseo de Gracia is seeking a highly motivated Hostess/Host to join us ASAP in our store with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our Clients. As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need : provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, create a first contact with them and encourage small talks to discover their needs, guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor. You will support the store team with various tasks in store depending on the traffic. This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, seeking to discover the luxury Retail environment with an international clientele & the Louis Vuitton culture
Profile In order to be successful in this role, you must be someone who has experience working in customer service, hospitality, catering or retail environment, dealing with a diverse clientele. Someone who has a welcoming attitude, works well in a team setting, willing to provide help and satisfy customers to give them the best experience when entering in our stores.
