As the Hospitality and Event Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and executing on-site events, such as onboarding sessions and other internal meetings.
You will act as a point of contact providing support with internal and customer-related events.
You will manage event planning, annual scheduling, and room bookings, procure and coordinate vendor services, and evaluate alternative event locations when necessary.
Main tasks & Responsibilities Plan and execute employee general meetings on-site, such as onboarding sessions and governmental visits, as well as non-hosted events.
Manage the big rooms meeting calendar and user requests.
Work closely with employees to facilitate internal events coordination, including customer events.
Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and strategic partners to ensure the quality and success of events.
Oversee the logistical phases of the event, including schedules, budgets, and necessary materials.
Ensure compliance with requirements as well as Safety & Environment regulations.
Provide support during events as needed.
Conduct post-event analyses, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in future initiatives.
Support improvement spaces, furniture, equipment, and event-related studies.
Perform administrative tasks related to events, such as purchase orders and invoices.
Participate in post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Work Experience University degree in Public Relations, Communication, or Marketing.
Fluent in Spanish and possess a high level of English.
Previous experience (3-5 years) in a similar role.
Applications with degrees in related fields and extensive experience in similar roles will also be considered.

Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences and teams.
