Join our team!What will you do?The Asset Manager in the hotel industry is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and strategic management of a portfolio of hotel properties. This role involves maximizing the value and returns of these assets through effective operational oversight, financial analysis, market research, and collaboration with various stakeholders.Responsibilities:Financial Performance and Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting on property performance. Monitor revenue streams, operating expenses, and profitability. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies.Operational Oversight: Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure optimal property performance. Review and approve capital expenditure projects. Monitor compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and safety protocols. Conduct property visits and inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and operations.Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Assist in the acquisition, disposition, and refinancing of properties. Analyze market conditions and recommend strategic decisions related to asset portfolio.Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with property owners, investors, and financial institutions. Prepare and present detailed reports and performance updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other professional services as needed. Foster strong relationships with brand representatives and franchise partners.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
