If who we are suits you, but you're not sure if you're the best fit for the role, we still encourage you to apply so we can help you find the role that fits you best.Minimum Requirements 4-6 years of proven experience in marketing, communication, or business-related fields; B2B or food service experience is a plusGood understanding of the HoReCa channel (preferably within FMCG environment); if not, related industry experience with a big passion for foodBachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant fieldBusiness acumen & budget management experienceCustomer focus: curious about operators and promotes outside-in thinkingStrong execution of plans and activitiesPerformance & data-driven mindsetOutstanding English and Spanish language knowledge is required to fill the roleTeam playerSelf-driven & creativeExperienced content creatorJob Responsibilities Develop and execute local Horeca channel based on food professional insights, competitor landscape, customer growth drivers, and business objectivesOwn the local Horeca strategy and drive 12Q plans based on channel and operator insightsWork closely with the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns including relevant trade promotions and fairsManage product portfolio activities for hero assortment, innovation, and renovation projects; lead local innovation projects from ideation & business case creation to launchCreate value for operators with the Debic brand by delivering effective communication based on operator insights, guest trends, and top dishesUtilize data analytics to monitor performance and ensure maximum impact where applicableManage local A&P budget spend and forecastWe offer you a competitive salary, a wide range of benefits & annual bonus (health insurance, meal allowance, language course, gym discount, etc).
