With 18,000 member farmers and offices in Europe, APAC, and China, FCP aims to drive farmer profit in the B2B channel by providing value-adding solutions and becoming the go-to dairy partner for operators.
We are looking for our HoReca channel manager to develop the following:
Develop and execute local Horeca channel based on food professional insights, competitor landscape, customer growth drivers, and business objectives.Own the local Horeca strategy and drive 12Q plans based on channel and operator insights.Work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns including relevant trade promotions and fairs.Manage product portfolio activities for hero assortment, innovation, and renovation projects; lead local innovation projects from ideation & business case creation to launch.Create value for operators with the Debic brand by delivering effective communication based on operator insights, guest trends, and top dishes.Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and ensure maximum impact where applicable.Manage local A&P budget spend and forecast.Thoughtful collaboration with country managers, commercial team, bakery manager, finance, digital team, ambassadors, customers, and/or distributors, category team.
