You arethe legal support primarily for Linde Homecare activities in Spain,possibly also abroad Additionallegal advice on healthcare specific legal requirements of other parts ofthe Linde business Closeinteraction with Linde internal Homecare/Healthcare management/clients onexciting public tenders and related legal proceedings Hands-onteamwork within Linde Global Law Department, mainly the REW Homecare &Healthcare counsel Germany & Switzerland, the EMEA Senior CounselHealthcare, EMEA Compliance and the Head of Legal REW Reportingto and sparring with BU Homecare Management and Regional Head of Legal Legalrisk management and development of related solutions, both upon requestand proactively, including management of external counsel involvement Discretionaryhandling of pre-existing and new matters as interim, possibly long termcoverage/complementation in the Region Europe West team You will activelyparticipate in the processes of digitalization and task automation,contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation What makes you great Youhave a University degree in law (inhouse) counsel in Spain Goodknowledge of local healthcare, public tender and regulatory laws relevantfor the homecare and hospital care business Additionalqualifications abroad, experience on healthcare relatedlitigations/transactions or with another gases and/or engineering companyas a plus Atleast 5 years' post qualification experience as a healthcare lawyer (orsimilar), ideally including as in-house counsel or from within law firmswith relevant specifications You arefluent in English and Spanish.

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract.
The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:30 hrs.
