Wound careMedication managementMedication administrationHands-on care to patientsIntravenous therapy linesObserving and monitoring patients' conditionsMaintaining accurate recordsMaking physician recommendationsProviding Start of Care (SOC)EvaluationFollow UpDischarge / Re-certificationQualifications:Active (unrestricted) nursing license in the State of California1 year of professional nursing experience in Home Health or Acute CareValid Driver's License with Clean DMV record
