Primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting with and supervising clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Duties may include but are not limited to:Following care plan/assignment sheetKeeping a record of observations and care providedAssisting with walkingPersonal careROM (Range of Motion) exercisesPreparing mealsLight housekeepingTransportationRunning errandsCompanionshipMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High school graduate or GEDTwo (2) years of accumulated experience in a home care environmentClean backgroundCA Driver's licenseReliable transportationCurrent TB and CPR certificatesGreat intern potential for health care college students.
