Store Managers and General Managers are uniquely responsible for all things people, product, business, and operations related for one of our multi-million dollar store locations. They are responsible for building a strong team that delivers outstanding customer service and that can effectively drive the business -- including everything from recruiting, training, developing, and retaining both part-time and full-time staff. They are accountable for all store operations, including hours management, Asset Protection, salesfloor, and stockroom organization. Store leaders build an intimate understanding of their customer base, our product assortment and leverage those insights to drive the business forward.
